The Formosa Territory with a wide and stable hull was designed for north Australian conditions where heat, humidity and safety play a big factor in choosing a boat, whether you’re up the rivers or travelling long distance offshore.

The open fishing platform and no windscreen allows you to capture the slightest of breeze on a calm day. The centre console is positioned towards the rear of the boat and designed to drive in a standing position. The Formosa Territory has a high fishing platform built with a strong aluminium structure and two hatches with a drainage system in case of rain. The raised forward platform is ideal for fishing, giving you a great view from above, good access to high river banks and a large amount of covered storage for long-distance trips. The Formosa Territory console is 500mm wide with a storage shelf, making sure you have the maximum deck space possible. The Territory comes with three (3) pedestal pole seats with slides and six (6) seat positions in total, giving you a versatile layout. An Electric Motor Mount is welded to the port bow.

Standard features on a Territory include a large aluminium Bowroller, 32mm handrails, Tow-Catch™ Trailer capability, heavy-duty dive ladder, quality steering, moulded fuel tank and sender with filter, automatic bilge pump, transom deck tread, foam-filled hull, electrical harness kit, 3 cleats, 4 aluminium rod holders (635 and up have 6), white paint and Formosa graphics, plus more. The Formosa aluminium Anchor Well has a thick rear sheet for mounting an electric anchor winch. Popular options on the Territory include a Low-Profile Bait Board, Transom Live Well, Auxiliary Rear Motor Mount and plumbed Hand and Deck Wash.

Formosa boats are known for their stability at rest and the Quad4™ Water Ballast enhances this even further, especially in offshore conditions (for new orders placed from March 2023, the the Quad4™ Water Ballast will be included as standard).

PRO DECK™

Select a PRO DECK™ UPGRADE on boat sizes 495 to 595 for Formosa’s Aluminium True Self-draining Deck. Boats 635 and larger come standard with PRO DECK™. Formosa’s PRO DECK™ allows water to drain off the deck and out through the Formosa scupper system. A great option in case of heavy seas, a wave hits or just washing down the deck at home. Choose between PRO DECK™ Carpeted Aluminium Floor with marine-grade carpet for cool comfort underfoot, or PRO DECK™ Checker Plate Aluminium Floor. Active Transom

The innovative step-down ‘Active Transom’ has smart storage solutions, easy on-board battery access and continues to be the best in transom design and water access on the market. With the Active Transom, you can choose from four options, Full Access, Dual Access, Single Access and Closed Access. Full Access and Dual Access are available for 525-635 models only. Single Access is standard on boat models.
